AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are ICHOSYNDESI G.P., operating as ICHOSYNDESI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Greece with Tax ID (AFM) 803054010.
We operate the website www.gigleme.com as well as any related services that link to or reference these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Description of the Application Services
The Gigle.me Application is designed to simplify and accelerate the connection process between Venues and Artists, offering an efficient, transparent, and secure platform for searching, booking, and paying for services. The core features of the Application include:
Search and Discovery: The Application provides advanced filtering tools that allow Venues to identify suitable Artists for their events and Artists to find performance opportunities in suitable Venues, based on criteria such as location, type of event, and specific requirements.
Booking Management: Through the Application, Venues can send booking requests to Artists, negotiate terms through an organized counter-offer system, and manage their event schedule via a unified calendar.
Secure Payments: The Application features an automated payment system via Stripe, which ensures secure and transparent processing of payments between Venues and Artists upon confirmation of successful service delivery by both parties.
Purpose and Operation
The Gigle.me Application operates exclusively as an intermediary, providing technological tools to facilitate communication, agreement formation, and payment execution between Venues and Artists. It bears no responsibility for the quality of the services provided, the fulfillment of agreements, or any disputes arising between the parties, beyond what is expressly provided in these Terms of Use. The Application is addressed exclusively to businesses (B2B) and is not intended for individuals/consumers for personal use.
Services for Venues
Venues can use the Application to search for and select Artists that meet the needs of their events, ensuring the creation of memorable experiences for their audience. The Application offers a user-friendly interface for the rapid and efficient discovery of talent.
Services for Artists
The services provided by Artists (live performances/events) are real, physical services that take place outside the Application and in physical venues. The Application operates exclusively as a digital intermediary for search, booking, and payment, without providing or controlling the actual delivery of the services.
Use of the Application is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable legislation.

1. OUR SERVICES
The Services of the Gigle.me Application are provided exclusively for use within Greece and are addressed only to businesses, Venues, and Artists legally operating in Greece. The Company does not represent or warrant that the Services are suitable or available for use outside Greece. Access or use of the Application from locations outside Greece is not supported and is done at the sole risk of the user. Use of the Services is governed exclusively by Greek law.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Company is the sole owner or lawful licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Gigle.me Application and its Services, including, but not limited to, source code, software architecture and functionality, databases, design, structure, user interface (UI/UX), texts, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, and all related elements (collectively the "Platform Content"). The Platform Content is protected by Law 2121/1993 on Intellectual Property, as amended, EU law, and international conventions applicable in Greece, and all rights not expressly granted to Users are reserved by the Company.
Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for professional purposes related to the search, conclusion, and management of agreements for the performance of live musical or artistic events between Venues and Artists. Any copying, reproduction, modification, translation, distribution, public performance, commercial exploitation, or other use of the Platform Content beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission of the Company.
Users may post or submit content related to their professional activities through the Services, such as profile details, service descriptions, photographs, logos, communication messages, and ratings after completed events (hereinafter "User Content"). User Content remains the intellectual property of the respective Users or their lawful rights holders.
By posting or submitting User Content, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and duration-limited license to use such Content solely for purposes related to the operation, maintenance, technical support, and smooth functioning of the Application, the display of Venue and Artist profiles within the Application, the facilitation of conclusion and execution of agreements for live events, and the Company's compliance with its legal obligations. This license does not include sale, rental, or other independent commercial exploitation of User Content outside the Application, nor use for advertising or promotional purposes of third parties, and is granted with full respect for the moral rights of creators in accordance with Law 2121/1993.
The User represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights to the Content submitted, that such Content does not infringe third-party rights, applicable law, or these Terms, and that it is true, accurate, and relevant to professional activities concerning live events. The User bears sole responsibility for User Content and undertakes to indemnify the Company for any damage, claim, or expense that may arise from breach of the above.
The Company is not obliged to systematically monitor User Content but reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to remove or restrict access to any User Content if it deems that it violates these Terms, is illegal, or may infringe third-party rights or the security and proper functioning of the Application, without such action creating any liability on its part.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you expressly represent and warrant that all information you submit during registration and use of the Platform is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that you will promptly update it in case of any change. You represent that you have full legal capacity under Greek law and that you act exclusively in the context of professional or business activity, either as a Venue or as an Artist, and not as a consumer or individual. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity or other business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
You also represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that the Services are not intended for minors. You agree that you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, such as bots, scripts, or similar technologies, and that you will not use the Services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You represent that your use of the Services fully complies with applicable Greek and EU law, including, but not limited to, provisions on intellectual property, personal data protection (GDPR), tax, and commercial legislation.
In the event that any information you provide proves to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or in case of violation of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate, in whole or in part, your access to the Services and to deny any current or future use of the Platform. For non-material breaches, the Company may, in its reasonable discretion, provide prior notice and a reasonable period for compliance, unless immediate action is required for reasons of security, legality, or protection of the Platform and other Users.
4. USER REGISTRATION
Full access to and use of the Services requires the creation and maintenance of an active User account. Upon registration, you must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information and keep it updated throughout your use of the Application. You agree to keep your login credentials, including access credentials, strictly confidential and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any third party to whom you have permitted or tolerated access. The Company bears no liability for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your negligence or omission.
The data you provide during registration and use of your account is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Law 4624/2019, and the Company's current Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data, such as the right of access, rectification, or erasure, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, by contacting the Company at info@gigleme.com.
The Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to reject, remove, reclaim, or modify any username or account details if they are deemed misleading, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or contrary to these Terms or the proper functioning of the Application. In such cases, the Company may notify the User and provide an opportunity for correction, unless immediate action is deemed necessary for reasons of security, legality, or protection of the Application and other Users.
In the event of a security incident that may affect Users' personal data, the Company will act in accordance with its obligations under the GDPR and, where required, will notify the data subjects and competent authorities within the statutory deadlines.
5. SERVICES AND APPLICATION CONTENT
The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information displayed on the Application regarding Artists, the live event services provided, their characteristics, descriptions, prices, availability, and any related details is as accurate, up-to-date, and complete as possible. However, you acknowledge and agree that such content is primarily provided by the Users themselves (Artists and Venues) and may be subject to errors, omissions, technical limitations, or delays in updating.
The Company does not guarantee that the descriptions, characteristics, or other information displayed on the Application correspond exactly to the actual delivery of the live event services, nor does it bear liability for discrepancies between the description and the actual performance of the services, since the Company operates exclusively as a technological intermediary between Venues and Artists and is not a contracting party to their service agreement.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw features, service categories, or Application content at any time, for technical, operational, legal, or security reasons, without this creating any obligation for compensation, unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms. Any changes that materially affect existing bookings or active agreements will be notified through the Application, to the extent feasible.
It is expressly clarified that the Application does not provide guarantees of quality, suitability, or success of the live event services provided, and any claim related to the performance, cancellation, or quality of the service delivery concerns exclusively the contracting parties, namely the Venue and the Artist, in accordance with the terms of their agreement and applicable Greek law.
6. TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Transactions and payments made through the Gigle.me Application concern exclusively bookings for the provision of live event services between Venues and Artists and are processed exclusively through the Stripe service, which operates as an independent third-party payment processor. Gigle.me acts solely as a technological intermediary (intermediary platform) and uses the Stripe Connect service for the creation and management of Express accounts, processing of charges, holding of funds until completion of the event, and transfer of the corresponding amounts to Artists.
By registering with the Application, creating an account as a Venue or Artist, making or accepting a booking, and using the Services, you expressly and unconditionally accept the terms of the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (including the Stripe Services Agreement), as applicable in Greece. The relevant text is available on the Stripe website. Gigle.me does not store or directly process sensitive payment details, such as card numbers or bank account information, and all payments, money transfers, refunds, and any disputes (disputes or chargebacks) are processed in accordance with Stripe's terms and procedures.
For each successfully completed booking, Gigle.me withholds a commission of fifteen percent (15%) of the total agreed amount. This commission includes the costs of payment processing by Stripe, which are borne exclusively by the Application and not by the Venues or Artists. The remaining amount is transferred to the Artist in accordance with the timeline and terms provided by Stripe.
In the event of cancellation of a booking by the Venue, for any reason, the amount of the booking is refunded, excluding the amount corresponding to the Platform's commission (15%), which is withheld by Gigle.me. The same applies in the event of cancellation of the booking by the Artist. Users acknowledge and accept that the withholding of this commission reflects the administrative, technological, and operational cost of the Application and is not refundable under any circumstances of cancellation.
All payments are made exclusively in Euros (€). Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for transaction processing and acknowledge that providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in payment failure, delay in transfer of funds, or suspension or termination of the account. Gigle.me reserves the right to refuse or suspend transactions for reasons of security, suspicion of fraud, non-compliance with these Terms, or upon request from Stripe or competent authorities.
It is expressly clarified that, due to the nature of the services provided as professional live event services and the B2B operation of the Application, no right of withdrawal applies after booking confirmation, beyond what is expressly provided in this article regarding cancellations. Links to Stripe's Usage Policy are provided: https://stripe.com/en-gr/legal/connect-account, https://stripe.com/en-gr/privacy.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
By using the Services, you agree and undertake not to access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which they are intended, which are exclusively for lawful and legally compliant purposes. Systematic searching, retrieval, or collection of data or other content from the Services for the creation of collections, databases, or catalogs without our prior written permission is expressly prohibited, in accordance with Law 2121/1993.
Any unauthorized use of the Services is prohibited, including the collection of usernames or email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages or creating accounts under false pretenses, in accordance with the GDPR. Unauthorized framing or linking to the Services, deceiving or misleading other users or Gigle.me to obtain sensitive account information, in accordance with Law 4624/2019, is prohibited. Abuse of our support services or submission of false reports, automated use of the system for sending comments, messages, or data collection, interference with or creation of excessive load on the systems or networks of the Services, impersonation of another user or use of another user's credentials without permission, use of information from the Services for harassment, abuse, or harm to others, and any attempt at competition or commercial exploitation of the Services or Content without written permission are prohibited.
Furthermore, decryption, disassembly, or copying of any software of the Services, bypassing access restriction measures, harassment, intimidation, or threatening of our employees or partners, deletion of intellectual property or other rights notices, reproduction or adaptation of the Application software, transmission or attempted transmission of viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material, use of passive or active data collection mechanisms, and initiation or use of any automated system or script that is not expressly authorized are prohibited. Finally, defamation or harm to Gigle.me and the Services or use thereof in a manner incompatible with any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
8. USER CONTRIBUTIONS AND LICENSE TO USE
The Services may invite you to participate in professional communications, contribute, or submit content through blogs, message boards, online forums, and other features where you can create, post, publish, or distribute content and materials to us or through the Services, including texts, photographs, graphics, comments, reviews, information, or other materials (collectively, "Contributions"). Your Contributions may be visible to other users of the Services and possibly through third-party professional partner platforms. Therefore, any content you post must be intended exclusively for professional use (B2B) and must not include elements or material intended for individuals/consumers.
You expressly represent and warrant that:
- You are the creator and owner or have all required licenses, rights, and consents to use your Contributions, including third-party intellectual property rights (Law 2121/1993).
- You have the consent of any identifiable person appearing in your Contributions for the use of their images, voices, or personal data in a lawful manner in accordance with the GDPR and Law 4624/2019.
- Your Contributions do not contain false, misleading, inappropriate, defamatory, or illegal information, nor unsolicited content.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy, publicity, or protection of minors (Law 4624/2019, Law 4443/2016).
- They do not contain content of violence, hatred, deception, or material that incites or threatens third parties, and do not violate any provision of these Terms of Use or the Application.
The Application reserves the right to review, categorize, restrict, or delete any Contributions for reasons of security, operation, or legal compliance, always with prior notice. Your Contributions may not be continuously monitored, but the Application reserves the right to do so for reasons of security and compliance with the Application. You are solely responsible for the content of your Contributions and agree to indemnify the Application from any legal liability unless arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
By posting your Contributions or linking your account with third-party accounts, you grant Gigle.me Application and its professional partners a non-exclusive, transferable, and revocable license to host, use, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, and distribute your Contributions solely for lawful professional purposes. The use may be in any form of media (known now or in the future) and includes the use of names, trademarks, logos, or images you provide for professional purposes.
We do not claim ownership of your Contributions and you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights. The Application may pre-screen or modify Contributions for reasons of security or functionality and reserves the right to refuse any Contribution that does not comply with the Terms or applicable law. The Application ensures that any use of your Contributions is in accordance with your moral rights (Law 2121/1993) and within legal limits. Finally, Contributions must be compatible with the Application's functional specifications to ensure proper display, storage, reproduction, and distribution to users.
9. MANAGEMENT OF SERVICES
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the operation of the Services for purposes of security, technical maintenance, and compliance with these Legal Terms. Monitoring is limited to technical issues, violations of terms, and security problems and does not include personal or sensitive user content unless there is an express legal basis. We have the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our reasonable discretion, violates the law or these Terms, including referral to competent authorities, in accordance with the Civil and Criminal Code.
In our reasonable discretion and for reasons of functionality or security, we may refuse or restrict access to any content or Contribution, modify it, or remove it temporarily or permanently, always with respect to our legal obligations and with notification and opportunity for objection where required. We may also remove files that are excessively large or burdensome to our systems in order to maintain the smooth operation of the Services.
The purpose of all these actions is to protect our rights and property, ensure the proper functioning of the Services, and comply with applicable data protection legislation. These management actions do not constitute censorship or restriction of Users' business activities, but concern exclusively the maintenance, security, and compliance of the platform.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of these Legal Terms. The Privacy Policy describes in detail the manner of collection, use, processing, and retention of personal data in accordance with Law 4624/2019 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Services are hosted in Greece, and by continued use you agree that any personal data provided is transferred and processed in Greece. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age and, if we become aware that such data has been submitted without valid parental consent, it will be deleted immediately from the Services. The full Privacy Policy is available here and we recommend that you read it carefully before any use of the Services.
11. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services.
WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITH LIABILITY, TO DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES FOR VIOLATION OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR CONTRACT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account with your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of that third party. In addition to termination or suspension of your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation the pursuit of civil, criminal, and injunctive relief.
12. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right, in our reasonable business discretion, to modify, update, or upgrade the content, structure, functionality, or technical characteristics of our Services, to the extent necessary or appropriate for the improvement of the Application, the assurance of security and smooth operation, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, or adaptation to technological developments. Any modifications that materially affect users (such as removal of basic functionality or substantial change in the commercial operation of the Services) will be notified in a reasonable manner and timeframe, via in-app notification or other appropriate means of communication.
We also reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue, in whole or in part, the availability of the Services for reasons of technical maintenance, upgrade, system security, compliance with binding legal obligations, or force majeure. In the event of planned and significant suspension or permanent discontinuation of the Services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance, unless the suspension or discontinuation is due to unforeseeable or urgent events that do not permit prior notice.
You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and that temporary interruptions, delays, or technical errors may occur. We bear no liability for any damage arising from such temporary interruptions or availability restrictions, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. In any event, our liability is limited exclusively to the intermediary function of the Application and does not extend to loss of revenue or indirect damages of users.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Greek law.
The Parties agree that, prior to resorting to court proceedings, they may — without being obliged to — make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably and out of court, through informal negotiations or optional mediation, if deemed appropriate. Resorting to any form of alternative dispute resolution shall not be a prerequisite nor shall it limit the right to judicial protection.
In the event that amicable resolution is not possible or if either Party chooses to proceed directly to court, the courts of Athens having subject-matter jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The Parties expressly consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens.
Disputes concerning infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, unauthorized use of the Services, security issues, or requests for injunctive relief shall not be subject to amicable resolution or mediation procedures, and each Party retains the right to seek immediate judicial relief.
14. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to descriptions of services, availability, technical specifications, or other information related to the operation of the Application. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and updating of such information; however, we do not guarantee that the content of the Services will always be completely free of errors.
We reserve the right to correct, modify, or update any information on the Services at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of obvious errors or technical inaccuracies. In the event that such correction materially affects an ongoing professional transaction or confirmed booking, the affected users will be notified in a timely manner via email or in-app notification, and a reasonable opportunity for cancellation or adjustment will be provided, in accordance with the principles of good faith and applicable Greek law.
15. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided in accordance with these Legal Terms and applicable Greek law. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services operate correctly, securely, and in accordance with their intended purpose, without, however, guaranteeing that they will be uninterrupted, completely free of errors, or fully secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law, we bear no liability for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of reputation, arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Our liability shall not be excluded or limited in cases of breach of mandatory provisions of law, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
We bear no liability for content posted by users, for actions or omissions of third parties, or for services or third-party links that may appear or be accessible through the Application, as specifically provided in these Terms. Users bear sole responsibility for the use of the Services in the context of their professional activities.
No provision of this article limits any rights arising under Greek law. In the event that any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. USER DATA
We will retain certain data that you transmit through the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data related to your use of the Services. Some data may be transferred to third-party providers outside the EU (e.g., Stripe, Google Cloud, OneSignal) with appropriate GDPR-compliant safeguards. Although we perform regular data backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that is related to any activity you undertake using the Services.
17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
When you use the Services or communicate with us via email or the Application, you acknowledge that such communications are considered written and satisfy any legal requirement for written form.
You consent to the use of electronic signatures, agreements, orders, and other documents through the Services, as well as the electronic delivery of notices, policies, or transaction records.
You waive any right requiring physical signature or paper delivery, except where required by law. Your electronic transactions and communications have equal legal effect to traditional handwritten procedures.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms and any policies or rules we publish on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Application. Anything not expressly stated herein does not modify or invalidate these Terms.
The failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any part of these Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You agree that the electronic form of these Terms is binding and does not require a paper signature.
We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations to third parties without notice.
In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the Greek version and the English version, the Greek version shall prevail.
