Last Updated: February 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how the Company collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information of users ("Users") of the Gigle.me web application (the "Application" or "Platform").
The Application operates as a digital intermediary platform that connects Artists and performers with Venues (such as restaurants, bars, clubs, and event spaces) for live performances and physical events.
The Company is committed to protecting User privacy. While our primary operations are in Greece, this US Version of the Privacy Policy applies to Users accessing the Platform from the United States, including the State of Texas. We comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where relevant, and Texas data protection requirements.
By accessing or using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Application.
The Application is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover such data has been provided without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
For questions about this Policy, please contact us at info@gigleme.com.
